The stability of the suspension system of the two crystal forms of pyraclostrobin is evaluated using multiple light technology, and the adsorption performance of polycarboxylate dispersant on the surface of two different crystalline pyraclostrobin particles is compared in combination with XRD, FTIR, XPS, and SEM from the microscopic view. The adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics studies of 2700 on the surfaces of different crystalline forms of pyraclostrobin particles show that the adsorption process of 2700 on the surfaces of pyraclostrobin crystal forms II and IV conform to pseudo-second-order kinetic adsorption model. The Ea values for crystal forms II and IV are 12.93 and 14.39 kJ∙mol-1, respectively, which indicates that both adsorption processes are physical adsorption. The adsorption models of 2700 on the surfaces of pyraclostrobin crystal forms II and IV are in accordance with Langmuir adsorption isotherms. The ∆Gad values of crystal forms II and IV are negative and the ∆Sad values are positive at different temperatures. Therefore, the adsorption processes are spontaneous and accompanied by entropy increase. The results of this study provide an important theoretical basis for the selection of polycarboxylate dispersants in the suspension of pyraclostrobin. This study also provides a reference for the research of polycrystalline pesticide suspension concentrate.Cohesin is a protein complex consisting of four core subunits responsible for sister chromatid cohesion in mitosis and meiosis, and for 3D genome organization and gene expression through the establishment of long distance interactions regulating transcriptional activity in the interphase. Both roles are important for telomere integrity, but the role of cohesin in telomere maintenance mechanisms in highly replicating cancer cells in vivo is poorly studied. Here we used a zebrafish model of brain tumor, which uses alternative lengthening of telomeres (ALT) as primary telomere maintenance mechanism to test whether haploinsufficiency for Rad21, a member of the cohesin ring, affects ALT development. We found that a reduction in Rad21 levels prevents ALT-associated phenotypes in zebrafish brain tumors and triggers an increase in tert expression. Despite the rescue of ALT phenotypes, tumor cells in rad21+/- fish exhibit an increase in DNA damage foci, probably due to a reduction in double-strand breaks repair efficiency. In prognostics and health management (PHM), the majority of fault detection and diagnosis is performed by adopting segregated methodology, where electrical faults are detected using motor current signature analysis (MCSA), while mechanical faults are detected using vibration, acoustic emission, or ferrography analysis. This leads to more complicated methods for overall fault detection and diagnosis. Additionally, the involvement of several types of data makes system management difficult, thus increasing computational cost in real-time. Aiming to resolve that, this work proposes the use of the embedded electrical current signals of the control unit (MCSA) as an approach to detect and diagnose mechanical faults. The proposed fault detection and diagnosis method use the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) to analyze the electric motor current signals in the time-frequency domain. The technique decomposes current signals into wavelets, and extracts distinguishing features to perform machine learning (ML) based classification. To achieve an acceptable level of classification accuracy for ML-based classifiers, this work extends to presenting a methodology to extract, select, and infuse several types of features from the decomposed wavelets of the original current signals, based on wavelet characteristics and statistical analysis. The mechanical faults under study are related to the rotate vector (RV) reducer mechanically coupled to electric motors of the industrial robot Hyundai Robot YS080 developed by Hyundai Robotics Co. The proposed approach was implemented in real-time and showed satisfying results in fault detection and diagnosis for the RV reducer, with a classification accuracy of 96.7%.Current System-on-Chips (SoCs) execute applications with task dependency that compete for shared resources such as buses, memories, and accelerators. In such a structure, the arbitration policy becomes a critical part of the system to guarantee access and bandwidth suitable for the competing applications. Some strategies proposed in the literature to cope with these issues are Round-Robin, Weighted Round-Robin, Lottery, Time Division Access Multiplexing (TDMA), and combinations. CHIR-124 in vivo However, a fine-grained bandwidth control arbitration policy is missing from the literature. We propose an innovative arbitration policy based on opportunistic access and a supervised utilization of the bus in terms of transmitted flits (transmission units) that settle the access and fine-grained control. In our proposal, every competing element has a budget. Opportunistic access grants the bus to request even if the component has spent all its flits. Supervised debt accounts a record for every transmitted flit when it has no flits to spend. Our proposal applies to interconnection systems such as buses, switches, and routers. The presented approach achieves deadlock-free behavior even with task dependency applications in the scenarios analyzed through cycle-accurate simulation models. The synergy between opportunistic and supervised debt techniques outperforms Lottery, TDMA, and Weighted Round-Robin in terms of bandwidth control in the experimental studies performed.Bolted joints are the primary structures for the load transfer of large-scale structures. It is vital to monitor the process of bolt cracking for enduring structural safety. In this paper, a structural health monitoring technique based on the embedding eddy current sensing film has been proposed to quantify the crack parameters of bolt cracking. Two configurations of the sensing film containing one-dimensional circumferential coil array and two-dimensional coil array are designed and verified to have the ability to identify three crack parameters the crack angle, the crack depth, and the crack location in the axial direction of the bolt. The finite element method has been employed not only to verify the capacity of the sensing film, but also to investigate the interaction between the crack and the eddy current/magnetic field. It has been demonstrated that as the crack propagates, the variations of the induced voltage of the sensing coils are influenced by both eddy current effect and magnetic flux leakage, which play different roles in the different periods of the crack propagation.
